The Hosting Team
Host of the Whole Aftab Omer, PhD, teaches in the Transformative Leadership graduate program at Meridian University. He is a sociologist, psychologist, and the president of Meridian University. Raised in Pakistan, India, Hawaii, and Turkey, he was educated at the universities of M.I.T, Harvard, and Brandeis. His publications have addressed the topics of transformative learning, cultural leadership, generative entrepreneurship and complexity capability. His work includes assisting organizations in tapping the creative potentials of conflict, diversity, and complexity. Formerly the president of the Council for Humanistic and Transpersonal Psychologies, he is a Fellow of the International Futures Forum and the World Academy of Arts and Sciences.
Jackie is an experienced coach, programme designer and facilitator. With over 20 years experience, she has worked in academic institutions, internet start-ups and telecoms companies. She has designed and delivered management programmes and executive coaching for companies including Heinz, Net-a-Porter, Tesco, L’Oreal, RBS, Allianz, BT and Jamie Oliver.
Organizational Transformation Consultant and leadership coach. Approaches organizational transformation with a systemic lens and a healthy sense of the power of ‘not knowing’. Using his experience as engineer and entrepreneur in the international shipping business, and being a trained (Psychosynthesis) coach, he facilitates organizational learning & transformation processes, doing so with a strong systemic focus.
Is an organisational psychologist passionate about activating the magic and catalysing power of synergy in individuals, teams and organisations. For this she designs and utilises processes and tools that create conditions for connecting to self, collaboration, creativity and participation. Maria has been part of the “midwifing” field that brought participatory methodologies enhancing collective and participatory leadership and the Art of Hosting Meaningful Conversations in service of organisations and communities. She is an initiator of new ways of communicating and working involving more empathy and purpose.
Rainer von Leoprechting
is practicing and developing next stage organising and facilitation methods. Over his career in Brussels he had introduced participatory and innovative methods into the workings of the European institutions. Rainer has invented participatory facilitation tools, and the way by which people find intuitively their next meaningful work. He offers the most precise leadership potential assessments for coaches and organisations. Rainer’s interventions as a host connect participants with the force of life for crafting their own next stage actions and solutions together with the other people in the room.
Is an international speaker, psychologist, consultant and trainer of individuals and teams, founder of Fractality which specializes in coaching, supervision, human capital development, training and assessment. He holds a Ph.D. in the effectiveness of leadership styles in the Balkans. He is the author of several publications in the field of organisational psychology and coaching.
